GDT Office Building and Business Complex is a One Stop TAX Service Building located in Chroy Changva Satellite City which is a fast-growing commercial hub in Phnom Penh City. This building will comprise of GDT public centre, office leasing, a Ballroom floor with complete Pre-Function facilities including a VIP lounge, an entire floor for Meeting Suites, a membership-based gymnasium, alfresco cafes and retail shops, ATMs and banking services, cafes, restaurants and a food court, a GDT Gallery cum Museum, and a skybar situated 140m above sea level. The project will proudly showcase locally-sourced building materials, while meeting the safety requirements of international codes and standards.
