Vicci Salon & Beauty Renovation & Decoration

The Vicci Salon & Beauty project is located near the Independence Monument in an old French Colonial-style building. The renovation involves complex demolition work, particularly the removal of brick columns that were previously used for structural support. To ensure stability, I-steel beams will be installed as replacements.

Additionally, the painting process presents challenges as all existing layers must be fully removed before applying new finishes. The floor painting is another critical aspect, with a white finish on wooden flooring. Special attention is given to selecting strong, durable materials that can withstand high foot traffic while ensuring easy maintenance and resistance to dirt. This meticulous approach ensures durability while preserving the building’s character, blending modern elegance with historical charm.
