He is the Founder and Chairman of V.BuildCC and also a registered architect with the Board of Architects Cambodia (B.A.C.). He holds a degree in Architecture and Urbanism from Norton University in Cambodia. With a deep passion for architecture, construction, and technology, he is committed to integrating these fields to create innovative solutions that improve lives and contribute to the country’s development.

As the founder of a design and construction company in Cambodia, I face many challenges, especially in tax compliance and company registration—key obstacles that many Cambodian businesses fear. Navigating these complexities while growing a business requires strategic planning, resilience, and a commitment to transparency. Despite these challenges, I strive to create a strong, legally compliant company that contributes to Cambodia’s development and economic growth.

2020 - 2021

BeeRice Co., Ltd.Co-Founder & Marketing Director (Resigned)

Stepping into the role of Marketing Director for BeeRice Co., Ltd. was a new and challenging experience in Cambodia’s rice industry. Navigating market dynamics, branding, and sales strategies was already demanding, but the COVID-19 pandemic, along with financial and operational struggles, made it even more difficult. Ultimately, these challenges forced me to step away, as I needed to focus on my own company’s growth and sustainability.

As an Architectural Designer at U-Fine Engineering, I focused on designing and delivering high-quality drawings for large-scale projects, including mixed-use buildings, apartments, condominiums, and casinos in Sihanoukville and the Cambodia-Vietnam border. The biggest challenge was meeting the fast-paced project deadlines, requiring efficiency, precision, and adaptability to keep up with rapid construction demands. My strength was producing designs quickly while maintaining quality to support the team’s progress.
